SALES CONDITIONS

NetPayBox sends you the products within a period of 10 days after payment is received for mobiles items, 21 days for products.

If you receive a wrong or defective item please contact us by e-mail within 7 days from the date you receive the product.

Products must be returned in the same condition as received. Boxes, packing materials, wrappers, cartons, instruction manuals, warranty cards and products must be in their ORIGINAL condition without markings, tape, folds or defacing. Products returned in other than original condition will not be accepted and returned back to the client. Products can be exchanged, replaced or returned only if:

 

    1) Dead on arrival
    2) Significantly different from the description on the webpage.

For all returns or exchanges, please contact us first using the contact form on the website.

Once all problems are relayed to us, you will be instructed to ship the item back to us.

 

PLEASE DO NOT WRITE OR MARK ANYTHING ON THE ITEM BOX.

Products received later than 15 days cannot be accepted for return and NO refunds will be given.

 

After the return period has expired, problems with the item will be considered as after-sales issues, except for hardware problems not due to the way you used the item and any problem that can be linked with the warranty conditions.

NetPayBox after-sales specialists will analyse the situation and inform you of the issue.

Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

IMPORTANT: If you live in the USA or Canada please check with your service provider for the bandwidth they are using in your area and make your purchase according to your network provider bandwidths.

Most of our items support 900/1800/1900 GSM networks and work in the USA and Canada.

Please make sure you are buying the correct item. You can ask our services before buying.

We are not responsible for any compatibility issues. All our items are GSM unlocked items.

We are not responsible for any custom related issues.

We are NOT responsible for internet/web browser compatibility issues. An unlocked item is guaranteed to make/receive calls and text messages. Internet functions and features are NOT guaranteed. It depends on your carrier. Almost all item manuals are in Chinese.

Depending on your country, our products may be subject to customs extra fees.

If we already sent a tracking number to you and there is a problem with delivery, please contact the transport company, generally EMS, FEDEX or DHL.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS:

NetPayBox hardware products are warranted by NetPayBox providers to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and service, for the following length of time from the date of purchase from NetPayBox, unless otherwise stated in the individual warranty agreement.

Dead- or Defective-on-Arrival, is defined as a product completely fails to function or exhibits a defect in materials or workmanship within the first forty-eight (48) hours of installation but no later than thirty (30) days after the date of purchase of product, and this is verified by NetPayBox consumer service.

NetPayBox shall not be responsible for any software, firmware, information, or memory data of Customer contained in, stored on, or integrated with any products returned to NetPayBox for repair, whether under warranty or not.

Obtaining Warranty Service:

Customers shall contact a NetPayBox agent or partner within the applicable warranty period to obtain warranty service authorization. The NetPayBox agent shall then contact the manufacturer.

Within a one year period, if there are any problems with the product, NetPayBox can send the defective products back to the manufactures.

The manufacturer repairs the failed parts and returns the product directly to the customer. In this case, NetPayBox will pay for the shipment of the product from client country to manufacturer country. NetPayBox will pay for the shipment from client country to manufacturer country.

If the product can not be repaired, the manufacturer replaces the failed product with another new one.

If the manufacturer can not repair the product and can not replace it, the manufacturer will refund NetPayBox bank account of an amount equal to the product price and NetPayBox will refund the client bank account.

The manufacturer provides assistance by item, in English, in the basis of a normal acceptable use for NetPayBox clients.

AFTER-SALES CONDITIONS:

The manufacturers provide after-sales services for problems that do not concern the warranty.

FOR AFTER SALES SERVICES, THE CLIENT PAYS ALL THE CHARGES INCLUDING ALSO THE TRANSACTION AND POSTAL FEES.

NetPayBox clients can send their defective products to any TRANS ASIA agent in Europe and TRANS ASIA agents will then try to solve the problems. In case of hardware problems, TRANS ASIA agents will send back the products to the manufacturers.

The manufacturer will repair the defective parts of the products and send it back directly to the client.
